		<description>Perhaps more people would care if they had any sort of intrinsic value.  A round piece of metal stamped with "One Dollar" doesn't excite me that much.  It's fiat whether it's paper, plastic, or metal.</description>

		<description>The US has had dollar coins &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_dollar_coin" rel="nofollow"&gt;forever&lt;/a&gt; but apparently not many people know about them :P.  This is just the latest attempt at getting us to use them.</description>

		<description>Id say make a coin for anything under $10. These days  whenever i get a five'r it ends up crumpled up in my change pocket with my loonies and twonies anyways. A ten'er is worth the effort to keep in a wallet or money clip. Cant even get a drink at a bar for $5 these days.</description>
