Your attempt to skew my words and label me “uninformed” has failed. Go directly to jail, do not pass go.

You guys could argue with me all day about the constitutionality of GW’s initiatives, but what your hatred really boils down to is the WAR. When Israel is vaporized by Iranian nuclear bombs, you’ll throw your hands up, “not like we could do anything about it, cause you know, war is bad.”

Are you aware of how much time Congressmen were given to review the USA PATRIOT Act before it was to be voted upon? And are you so uninformed on the Security and Prosperity Partnership that you actually believe it was run through Congress? Constitutionality and President Bush do not belong in the same sentence, unless the former is preceded with “un-”.

Connor, all those acts were voted on in a constitutional manner. I could make the argument that Bill Clinton went further to extremes in his use of presidential authority. Duane, I know you think the president is part of a secret organization that blew up the world trade center with explosives. You’re rooting every day for the economy to tank. WTF? This is madness.

Every man who parrots the cry of ’stand by the President’ without adding the proviso ’so far as he serves the Republic’ takes an attitude as essentially unmanly as that of any Stuart royalist who championed the doctrine that the King could do no wrong. Our President has destroyed the Republic. However, he has largely done so under the radar, as the majority of citizens have no idea what the Military Commissions Act, John Warner Defense Act, USA PATRIOT Act, and Security and Prosperity Partnership are.

Even most of Congress are asleep at the wheel on these important issues. And so, impeachment won’t happen, as much as I would like it to.
