		<description>google "fiscal vs monetary policy". There is a lot to say on this. To remove the feds ability to affect monetary policy would only provide an illusion of stability, at best. (much like moving to the gold standard).

You know, our government has to compete with other governments in this respect (money) and we've always been the innovators. Why don't we just go back to living in grass huts, to hell with the economy.</description>
